Calling all Curd Nerds! This class will offer a fun, educational, hands-on array of experiences of cheese with guest host, national judge of American Cheese Society, Laura Jacobs-Welch. Cheese and wine pairings, cooking with cheese, selecting a cheese and storage of cheese will be demonstrated and of course, sampling and libations.
