The 32nd Annual Woodstock Folk Festival will be held on Sunday, July 16, 2017, from Noon to 6 p.m., on the historic Square in Woodstock, Illinois. The Festival will present its Lifetime Achievement Award to Jacquie Manning and Rich Prezioso aka Small Potatoes. For about 25 years this popular Chicago-area duo has been a "favorite act" at many coffeehouses, clubs, house concerts, and festivals across the U.S. and in Ireland. They bring superb musicianship, award-winning songwriting, a strong sense of tradition, and a sense of humor to all of their performances. Main Stage performers will include Bettman & Halpin, Mari Black, Pat Donohue, David Hawkins, Joan and Joni (Allison Shapira and Kipyn Martin), Michael Johnathon, and The Malvinas. Chuck VanderVennet and Rich Warren co-host the Festival's Main Stage. There will also be a Children's Area and Open Mic Stage. The Featured Performer at the Open Mic Stage will be Briar Road (Dan Zahn, Kate Moretti, and Rusty Winchel). Mark Lyons will give a Ukulele Workshop at Stage Left Cafe.
