Richmond's 2017 Christmas of Yesteryear

Holiday Festivities begin on Dec. 1 with caroling at 6 PM at Stevens Park with the Annual Christmas tree lighting and arrival of Santa at 6:30 PM, followed by a Silent Auction to benefit the Community Food Pantry, visit with Santa, face painting and Christmas ornament craft at Memorial Hall located at 10308 Main St. On Dec. 2 from 9 AM-3 PM at Memorial Hall events include St. Joseph's Church Cookie Walk, crafters, dance performances by Broadway Academy of Art & Dance (9 AM-11 AM & 1 PM-2 PM), face painting (11:30 AM-12:30 PM) free hayrides with a donation of a non-perishable food item 11 AM & 2 PM, caroling and elves with free candy canes downtown, reading of Christmas stories 11 AM at Finery & Finishes on Broadway, 12:30 PM at Revived Creations & 2:30 pm at Main St. Coffee Co., 7 PM outdoor showing of "Its a Wonderful Life" on the north wall of Richmond Brathaus. On Dec. 3 at Memorial Hall the Richmond Fire Dept. will host a Pancake Breakfast & visit from Santa from 9 AM-Noon. Doyle's Pub (5604 Mill St.) is hosting a Giving Tree to benefit PADS. Come out and enjoy all that Richmond has to offer this Joyous Holiday Season!!
