The WFAA presents, Debra Mancoff, to talk Queen Victoria's "Secrets" at its 37th annual Spring Luncheon Fundraiser for the Arts in McHenry County. Dr. Mancoff is a Scholar-in-Residence at the Newberry Library and author of more than 20 books.

"We rarely think of Queen Victoria laughing or loving, and never think of her as amused," says Dr. Mancoff, who writes about the connections between art, fashion and culture. "But her journals, letters and photographs reveal a beguiling and passionate woman, especially when it came to men. "This lightthearted look at the three men who ruled her heart - her menor Lord Melbourne; the love of her life, Prince Albert; and her Highland manservant, John Brown - reveals that even Queen Victoria had some sexy secrets."

The WFAA Spring Luncheon, which will include a silent auction and raffle, funds the scholarship program and supports the arts in McHenry County.
